I want to make some a couscous patty to goin burgers (Im vegetarian).Im thinking they will need egg to bind them but I dont eat egg. What can I add instead to bind?A relish or mayonaise?Organ egg replacer? thanks

They should hold themselves together if you are careful with them. could use mashed beans/chickpeas to bind.
