Chunky monkey version of the viral yoghurt bites

I made a chunky monkey version of the viral yoghurt bites and it’s giving healthier Ben & Jerry’s🍦lil hack: add a tbs of protein powder to the mix to stop them being icey!!

Ingredients:
1 cup yoghurt
1 large banana, diced
2 tbs walnuts, chopped
1 tbs @macr0mike vanilla buttercream protein powder (dc: amb-miranda)
45g melted chocolate

Method:
1. Dice the banana into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the yoghurt, walnuts and protein powder, mix to combine.
2. Spoon the mixture onto a lined tray or plate. Freeze for minimum 2 hrs or until set.
3. Melt the chocolate and drizzle over top. Freeze for 10-15 minutes for chocolate to set.
