Cream butter and sugar, add egg beat well. Now add mashed banana, flour and baking powder. Dissolve baking soda in milk and add. Bake 160 C for ½ - 3/4 hour. Chicken Bacon & Prune Breasts

Slice chicken breasts almost in 1/2 lengthways. Spread with a layer of Country Goodness cream cheese. On top of that lay 4 chopped prunes. Close chicken breast and then wrap around GF Beehive streaky bacon. Sprinkle with ground black pepper. Bake 160 C about 40 minutes (If chicken breasts are big all one to serve two people as they are so filling.) Enjoy!

Thank you melford another recipe to add to my recipe book, and I adore cream cheese, ummmmmmmm

Hi, any clues to what perservatives to watch out for

earthangel4, Feb 12, 11:34pm
Hi Shaken,
You need to watch all sauces,brandies,wines,corn,eve-
n belt dusted wheat flour.
I use bosses sauces, and big red greggs tomato sauce,if I get as much as a crumb,I live in the toilet,I have ceoliac disease, not sure how bad you are.
Hope this helps you,Melford may come in later and add more.

welshiegirl I know I am a bit late, just want to say that simple baking mix, made by Healtheries, is soy and dairy free. I buy it in the supermarket, It's the one I use. I don't eat soy flour or protein as it gives me stomach cramps, but I find I can eat soy lecithin in chocolates and in olivani spread. It might be the same for you. Glad you are feeling better. As for dairy free, you might find after 6 months or more of being gluten free and your stomach has healed, you can tolerate milk again.

Bumping up for Shaken.

Good morning,I bought some gluten free ginger nuts yesterday, something I do miss, they are a bit smaller then gingernuts and cost $5.00,but are much nicer then the non gf ones.
