From lefthand message board Punnet of Cream cheese, beat it to soften it and then add any of the following in any quantities that you have in the cupboard. Raisins or sultannas, strawberries, choc bits, slithered almonds, pineapple bits, dried apricots cut up and beat to mix. Roll into a ball and on more slithered almonds so the ball is covered. Wrap in glad wrap and pop in the fridge. Best made a day before its eaten to allow the flavours to go through it. Very Yum. Quote rai5 (191 )4:29 pm, Sat 4 Dec #4

Found this on here This dip is delicious so be warned - once you start eating it, it is very hard to stop :) 250gm cream cheese, 1 small tin of drained crushed pineapple, 150gm packet of glace' cherries (chopped). Combine and add a little juice from the drained pineapple until you get the desired consistancy. Is very moreish with the little chicken flavoured crackers. Quote danielvds (973
