Does anyone have a recipe for a cheese ball dip type thing. (I think it has pineapple and cream cheese in it and it is rolled in nuts or something).Help much appreciated.

Cheese Ball Tasty cheese 125gr chopped ham 1tsp c/powder grated onion crushed garlic 2TBSPs gerkins (opt) pkt onion soup cayenne pepper 2TBSP tom sauce 2TBSP mayonaise 1tsp lemon juice 1TBSP chopped parsley 1/2c chopped nuts Grate cheese, add ham, gerkins, onion, garlic, c/powder & pepper. Mix well. Stir in liquids. Add parsley & salt & roll in chopped nuts. Chill before serving

My fav is simple easy and yummy. Cup grated cheese small red onion chopped 100 ml sour cream 250 pot cream cheese pinch of cayenne pepper salt Roll in ball put in fridge for 30 min then roll in chopped walnuts.
I also use the same recipe minus the nuts, add choppped spinach and put in a cob loaf then bake.
People always go mad for both...

i have one that has cream cheese, feta,cranberries, pistachio nuts , and gerkins in it , which u roll into a log and put that on crackers, its very yumm
