Does anyone have a recipe for a tried and true cheese ball please. Have looked online but there are so many variations and have lost my recipe that didnt have too many ingredients but remember the apricot pieces and cream cheese

Apricot cheese Roll 1 tub PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese 1/4 cup finely chopped dried apricots 1 Tbsp. lemon zest 1/2 cup Sliced Almonds, toasted, coarsely chopped Mix cream cheese, apricots and zest until well blended. Shape into 6-inch log or a ball. Refrigerate until firm, roll in nuts until evenly coated on all sides. Wrap tightly in plastic wrap. Note: I like to add some chopped glace ginger with the apricots. Also chopped walnuts is a nice alternative to almonds.
