do you happen to know what the texture of it comes out like! soft or firm!
If it's soft, I could use it in a cob loaf context.

ange164, I've just made it with regular cream cheese, and it's quite a stiff mixture.If I was to do it again, I would use the spreadable cream cheese.

ok. So probably not a cob loaf filling. Crudités and such instead.
