Pineapple Cheese Ball: 250g cream cheese 1pkt onion soup mix 1 cup grated cheese 225g can crushed pineapple 2-3Tbsp chopped parsley 3/4 cup chopped walnuts or mixed nuts
Combine all ingredients except nuts, mix well. Shape into a ball and roll in the nuts. Wrap in tin foil or glad wrap and chill for at least 1 hour. I have a feeling I never bothered with wrapping it, you also need to be firm when you roll it in the nuts so they stick.

Recipe Two for a more classical cheese ball: 250g cream cheese 225g grated cheese 1Tbsp worcester sauce 3Tbsp mayonnaise 2-3cloves of crushed garlic parsley and chives chopped Mix together and roll into a ball. Rolled in crushed nuts and put in fridge. The parsley and chives are as many or as few as you want or have, probably 3-4 chive leaves and a head of parsley say 1-2 Tbsps
