Making some with tupperware mould & they stick, hard to get out, break up. Is that a sign of not enough bread crumbs?

I've not used a mould before... do you need to flour them a bit first....?

either that or not enough time cooking...maybe line with baking paper...nothin in the world sticks to that when cooking

I'm talking about when making the patties, not when cooking them, no problems there.
