first smoke your fish. Break it up and put it with mashed potatoe, salt, pepper (lemon pepper or dill or any other flavourings you want or like) add an egg and mix all together.Get a palm full and make it into a round patty.Flatten to about 1/2 to 1 inch thickthen coat in flour and heat on bbq or fry pan in butter or oil.If you try to do in non stick pans with no butter or oil they are quite dry. - good luck yummy yummy
