Hi, do I make the smoked fish filling seperate, and put in the bread baskets after cooking them, and then would I grill them (to keep the filling warm? ) or do I just throw the filling into the baskets and cook them... How long would would I cook them for and at what temp, thanks ;)

Yes, make the fish mix. Place in bread cases then bake. Just bake in a moderate oven until the bread is golden toasty. 20 mins? 1/2 hour or so?
