Hi alebix, we are having a similar thing shortly for son's 30th and what I am going to do is make our favourite cakes in baking dishes and freeze, bring them out day before and thaw and ice and cut into little bite sized pieces.Also looking at doing small little sample cups of things like choc mousse, jelly fruit etc,All the best.

What about the sponge fingers which are available with the biscuits in supermarket!They are easily handled and do not crumble up when bitten into.You could dip one end in chocolate, so the plain end could be held.

cookies and cream fudge so easy to make ! heat 3/4 tin condensed milk til it thins but dont boil add ipkt of nestle white chocolate melts and 1 pkt of oreos broken into little pieces mix quickly and spread in tin. put in fridge to set. yummy

I did a 16th birthday party last year and it was all desserty finger foods... worked really well.As you click on each photo, there should be ingredients and methods.

Thanks buzzy - you can get those little sampler cups from gilmours and also get the little "splorks" (spoon/fork) thing as well. We are having a finger food party and had also thought of using the little sampler cups with some little choices of salads in them as well - also good for kids as well - good size and hopefully not too much sticky mess!!
