Hi all, i have Mum and my sis coming for lunch tomorrow and was going to make fish pie, just looking for some ideas on what else to serve with it. Was thinking a salad but i think its meant to be cold tomorrow ~ so maybe something else. Thanks in advance ( :

How about a nice fresh tomato soup for starters and garlic bread, was going to suggest home made chunky fries if you do not have a potato topping on the fish pie, also fresh corn on the cob would go nicely. By the way - love the fish.

Or if you aren't putting potato on the top you could do rice to go with it?

thank you karenz :) I have corn in the garden so that's perfect. The pie does have a potatoe top..so maybe i might go for some braised cabbage instead of the coleslaw. Have a wonderful weekend Karenz and Player_smurf
