Irish I would use grapeseed oil. Sugar free syrups are hard to get in NZ. Foodtown had some small bottles but you can get them online here - scroll down for the sf versions: http://www.coffeebeverageinnovations.com/torani.html

Websites of interest A company over here is called Empower Foods, dedicated to low carb and gluten free food, and I use their fibre mix to make my own savoury loaf, that I use toasted with vegemite and butter.yum! they also make a bread mix, but the carb count on my savory loaf is only 0.6g per slice, as opposed to about 2.5g. www.empowerfoods.com.au. Good site - good products, and they do sell wraps. I also use the chocolate muffin mix and almond biscuit mix. Lots of recipes on the site too. www.lowcarbzone.com.au is a recent discovery, with some of the products you may be looking for! I am going to try their crackers.

Mustard is basically just the mustard seeds, salt and vinegar to moisten. The hot stuff has grated horseradish added.
So the wholegrain needs the seeds just squashed rather than milled into a fine flour, so they can absorb some of the vinegar. Maybe add some fine stuff though so it is not too crumbly.
Try it out with a small sample how it works.

Here is a recipe:

Doug, a friend sent me some (3 bottles) from the US but I know it's available online locally at these sites:

I use mine in chilli, marinades etc, love it!

Goji comes from Tibet - You can sometimes find plants in garden centres and the berries are available in the bulk dried fruit bins:

So here is my version:

4 eggs,
salt,
thyme,
rosemary,
oregano,
chilli,
1 tablespoon Psyllium,
2 tablespoons LSA (Linseed, Sunflowerseed, almonds - milled - available in healthfood shops or from Healthery)
Mix together and let stand for 15 minutes.

add:
200g quark or goats cheese (of course I used my own fresh goats cheese),
120g Tasty cheese grated (as I didn't have mozarella)

This time I made 12 small "heaps".

And I uploaded a pic onto a German baking site so you can see how they look:

http://www.backrezepte-online.de/forum/forumsbilder/thumbs/ThumbrUPwRPWeSTDh.jpg

The whole recipe comes to approx 14 carbs,
so if you make 12 little ones like I did each one is only a bit more than 1carb!
