I don't decorate my pav - one son doesn't like cream, one doesn't like the fruit, etc. so I just leave the pav itself "naked" and serve the fruit (strawberries, raspberries, cherries and cranberries with a couple of tablespoons of icing sugar) and cream separately although I did decorate the platter with little meringue Christmas trees

I covered my pav in cream and then Tasti passionfruit sweetened syrup. Was a total hit as most people usually get berries of some kind on top. I had a trifle with strawberries so i didnt want them to both taste the same :)
