Cake/slice/loaf recipe using white chocolate?

cap, Mar 3, 12:49am
I was wondering if anyone could help me out with something easy to bake using white chocolate (I have buttons). I was all set to make a Coconut and white chocolate loaf (it needed chocolate drops but they were twice the price) but I discovered I had no sour cream. Darn! Anyway I really feel like making something along those lines - just without sour cream of course lol! Thanks.

Gladly. Made it today for hubby to take to work but managed to nab a slice for myself! White Chocolate and Coconut Loaf

2 Eggs
200 g Sugar
1 1/2 cups Flour
1/4 cup oil (not olive - I used rice bran)
250 g sour cream (I used light)
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
50 g coconut
150 g white chocolate chips (I chopped up buttons - much cheaper)

1. Heat oven to 180 degC.
2. Prepare a large loaf tin
3. Into a large bowl sift flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add coconut and chocolate.
4. Beat eggs and sugar until frotht, mix in sour cream and then mix in oil.
5. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients.
6. Pour batter into loaf tin and bake for 50 minutes. Leave to stand for 15 minutes before turning out.
