My favourite marinade for butterflied lambis thismarinated in 1/2c each soy sauce, olive oil & teriyaki marinade, 2 tbsps lemon juice, handful chopped mint, 3 cloves crushed garlic, 1 tsp ground cumin.i marinate overnight .BBQ is heated and we cook for about 50 mins ,turning once after 10 mins.
