Hi Maureen,apparently the recipe is Edmunds Mustard Pickle. You replace the tomatoes with KamoKomo and add beans.Hope this helps.

I just used KamoKamo and a bit of onion along with a hit of curry and mustard... prepare as per nomal pickle bottle store & Eat - it is delish.

I used a cucumber pickle recipe, and used a combination of cucumber, kamo kamo, and marrow, as I didn't have enough of each to make up the right weight
