I have made the wedding cutting and anniversary cakes now I'm looking for an experienced cake decorator. It seems that most commercial places require you to buy their cakes. Can anyone help please.

I am wondering if you managed to find someone to ice the wedding cake in Christchurch. I am in the same position of wanting to make our own recipe and need it professionally iced. would appreciate any advice you may have.
