Question on gluten free flour

can 1 use gf.cornflour in recipe instead of tapioca flour in baking.

Only if you are certain it is starch made from corn or potato.
Most "corn"flour is actually made from wheat in NZ!

you will need to look for maize cornflour and somewhere I have a list of all gf and wheat free flours, which includes rice flour but not sure off top of my head which others

Supermarkets usually have maize cornflour as well as wheat cornflour.
Think Fielders is maize.

Bin Inn is a good place to start, especially if you find someone very helpful who will advise what each type of flour can be used for. I was told to use potato flour for relish but went back to GF cornflour.
