If a recipe calls for a cup of plain flour, how much coconut flour do you use please?

It really depends on the recipe. As coconut flour is more absorbent you will need less - how much less you have to try out depending on the amount of eggs and liquid in the recipe you are trying to convert. There is unfortunately no hard and fast rule that covers it all.
