This honestly doesn't sound like a good combination to me. Smoked is a predominant flavor, whereas coconut is an complimentary flavor.

Fresh smoked fish, coconut cream, red onion, tomato, avocado make a wonderful salad.Spoon it on to a bed of baby cos lettuce leaves.Fantastic and very easy.
