Does anyone have any easy recipes for a yoghurt based salad dressing? I make my own yoghurt and would love to use it for this. Many thanks for any help :)

I just add lemon juice, a tsp of mustard & chopped herbs, like chives, mint or parsley.
I always have a container of Greek yoghurt with garlic grated into it in my fridge... Great on salads/souvlaki etc

I use greek yogurt and add any or all of the following, Lemon juice, Sweet Thai chilli sauce, honey, milk, cocnut cream chopped fresh herbs like sage corriander mint basil thyme etc crushed garlic fresh ginger juice(cut it finely then squeeze in garlic press).

Lemon pepper is really nice in it as well.
