I was at a farmers market the other day and there was a stall there selling the most delicious pale greeny slightly garlicy dressing. It was very expensive, so I couldn't buy any. Does anybody have a recipe for something like this? I would love to make some. Thanks

I'm not sure what it's called. She had on the label"____ green dressing"can't remember what the first word was.

I used to love the Kato chermoula (sp) dressing this was pale green, almost a mayo consistency dressing, but more Moroccan flavouring. Alas they no longer sell it.

u can get an aparagus type mayo that has garlic in it, ,
