I am making a fennel, red onion and orange salad tonight, was just going to dress it with a good extra virgin olive oil and rock salt & pepper. Do anyone else make this salad and use a different dressing?

As I segment the orange, I save the juice and make a vinaigrette using the juice as the acid component, I also add a very finely crushed clove of garlic. Delicous :-)
