The slimy pink coloured "chicken mince" you buy very cheaply at Pak n Save is made from all parts of the chicken and I don't think there is very much meat included in that mix.I think Turks market it and it is advertised as fit for human consumption which I guess it is, a lot of people like offal.The rather expensive white coloured chicken mince you can also buy is minced chicken meat.There was someone on here a while back that worked for Turks and they confirmed this.

Use Motorbos recipe.It's basically the same as Thai Larb (Laab). superb!
