To cook pork chops? ? How do you cook yours? I'm not a big fan of them but that's all we had lol

I sometimes roast them - with roast veges around them - so makes a roast dinner. .

Here's a nice tasty one... Ginger Pork Chops: Dredge pork chops in flour seasoned with 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp powdered ginger, salt and pepper. Fry in butter until golden brown on both sides about 2/3rd done. . Place in a baking dish and pour over one cup pineapple juice combined with 1 tsp grated ginger, 1/2 tsp paprika, 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp sugar. Bake until done... . Thicken gravy with a little cornflour.

I egg and breadcrumb mine and bake them in the oven, so tendy and moist done this way, I have told a few people and they dont do them any other way now. Nice apple sauce . . yum, making me hungry

Also if you go to the top hand left corner where it has the option to search, enter pork in the 'keyword' and change 'last 24 hours to anytime and hit search you will get a million ideas and recipes.
