fail proof and enormous! 2 cups of cheese 2 cup self raising flour and1/2 to 1 cup milk . couldnt be easier the mixture is quite wet and sticky so just mix to combine and the a great heaping dollops onto baking paper cook 180ish for 15 to 20 mins
add any ham bacon corn onions whatever

this recipe makes 6-8 very large scones yum!

400g self raisng flour, 300ml lemonade, 300 ml cream. Mix all together. Cut into shapes and bake in a 220 deg oven for 10 -15 mins till sligtly brown on top. I have swapped lemonade for carbonated water and it has worked as well. You can make sweet or savory.
