Mix together oil, soy sauce, garlic, chili & honey. Coat the chicken well - leave to marinate for a while if you have time ... bake at 180C 30-40min or pan fry until thoroughly cooked.

In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, garlic, sesame oil and cayenne pepper... Set aside. "Slowly" fry the chicken drums until nicely golden. Spoon the sauce mixture on chicken and coat well. . Add the spring onions pinch of salt . . grind of black pepper. . Cook all basting chicken with sauce till heated through. .

Hoisin Chicken. . 2 tbsp oil. . 1 clove garlic slivered. . chicken, 1 red pepper, deseeded and diced. . 6 spring onions, cut diagonally. . 2 tbsp Hoisin sauce. . 1 tbsptomato sauce. . 1 tbsp dry sherry. . 1 tsp honey. . Heat oil... Fry garlic for a minute then remove and discard. . Add chicken and fry until golden brown. Add pepper and spring onion, stir fry few minutes. Add remaining ingredients and stir-fry coating chicken pieces. . ensuring cooked through. .

Herbed Chicken Coating Blend fresh bread in a processor adding parmesan cheese and parsley, a little salt and lots of fresh ground black pepper. . Dip the chicken in egg mixed with dash of milk and sweet chilli sauce... Roll chicken in crumbs and oven bake until cooked...

Five Spice Chicken Good for in the crock pot or make in the morning and bake at night
Ingredients * 2 Cloves garlic crushed * 4 tbl Soy sauce * 2 tbl Oil * 1/2 tsp Five spices * 1/2 tsp Salt * 1 ts Brown Sugar or Honey * 1/2 tsp Pepper
Preparation 1. Mince garlic then combine with remaining ingredients, blending well. 2. Put in crock pot with chicken cook for 6-8 hours on low
Note: You can add 3/4 tsp Hoisin sauce if you want. If not using crock pot just marinate the chicken over night or for at least 8 hours before cooking.

Bung them in a casserole dish with a maggi sachet. or just casserole with a bit of chicken stock and veges.
