Just Fan Bake them in oven at 150 for about an hour or so. Spinkle with Pepper & Salt. Nice with Mint sauce too.

I just put mine in an oven bag and roast them for about 2 hours, always come out so tender and moist........alternative to a leg of lamb....(Mrs W)
