Edmonds mustard sauce 1 egg, 1/4 cup sugar, 1 tbsp flour, 1 tsp mustard powder, s&p, 1 cup liquid corned beef cooked in or water, 1/4 cup vinegar. Method. Beat egg and sugar together, Add flour, mustard, s&p. Stir in liquid and vinegar gradually. Microwave on high power(100%) for 1 min and stir repeat two more times or until sauce is thick. Or put in pot and stir over low heat until mixture thickens.

for a quick cheat noodle box I put two pkts of rice noodles into boiling water for a minute or so to soften... drain... then finely chop a tsp of fresh ginger... one clove garlic. . one onion. . one spring onion... one tsp minced chillie. . one grated carrot... . lightly fry in about 2 tbs rice oil. . then add one Tbs soy sauce... remove... allow to cool. . mix the above with the noodles and one tin tuna . . crab meat or salmon... its delish and keeps for a few days... serve hot or cold... . honestly. . my teens love this and it does not take more than 10 mins from start to finish.
