Sweetened Condensed Milk To make your own Sweetened Condensed Milk: In a blender mix 1cup of nonfat milk powder, 2/3cup sugar, 1/3cup boiling water, 3Tbsp softened butter. Chill in fridge until slightly thick. I also found a recipe too.

Proving yeast without a hot water cupboard To prove your yeast or dough, put oven on (any temp) for 3 mins then switch off. It will be the perfect temp. If you need to prove longer than 30 or 40 mins, do it again (take the dough out while the oven is on incase you forget to switch it off).

Hi there, hopefully these will help you Very slow is 120C Slow is 150C Moderately slow is 160-180moderate is 180-200C moderately hot is 210-230C hot is 240-250 and very hot is 260C. bear in mind that if you have a fan forced oven, things will cook more quickly, so just keep an eye on them and test throughout the cooking process. If there is anything else you need to know, don't hesitate to ask.

Really easy and really really tasty beef stew takes me back to my childhood.dice approx 750g lean beef. Toss in flour to coat. Put into casserole dish. Add some peeled and diced carrots and a peeled and chopped onion. Add 1 packet Maggi Hearty Oxtail Soup. Add water - enough so the meat etc are just covered. Season with salt and pepper. Bake 3 hours at 180 deg. You could add some potatoes as well and make it a complete meal. I personally prefer this on mashed potato or eaten the next day on soft white bread.
