l have made your raspberry mascarpone trifle and l was wondering what to serve with it please? eg a raspberry coulis or custard or?
l finally found the savioardi biscuits yesterday l could only get unibic ones before

l also brought a paella pan yesterday it is from Spain and l am going to follow your recommendations about seasoning it
On the pan it says "Before using it for the first time boil in water"
So if l just wash it in hot water then season it that should be alright

Morning griffo, yes that should be fine, just follow the instruction on the pan - good hot water will help remove the waxy coating that is initially put on it. As for the raspberry marscapone trifle. I dont think you need serve it with anything else as it will be reasonable rich. If you feel you musst, then perhaps a little coulis on the side.

Thanks cooks for that l think l will go with it on its own l may do a few raspberries if time allows but it smells and looks awesome
l will do the pan over the weekend when l have time hopefully
