I must admit my sister, born in Invers, lives in Auckland, she makes a nice cheese roll, but I prefer mine, hers might be a little health conscious for my liking.

Your recipe is not a cheese roll sorry. Cream cheese, salmon do not count. Also they must be either baked or put under the grill and covered in butter.
