Has anyone tried this. Don't want to peel and slice if I can cook them whole and then maybe peel and slice. Some recipes I have looked at cook them for 10 hours. We have quite a few so will need to do different things with them. Any thoughts appreciated.

pleased to help . that thread title didn't indicate quinces so would have been easily missed.
