oh no! My fav cheese (Mainland Epicure) is out of stock! Worse, Mainland say they have a processing shortage, frantically working to age some more. oh god, it's aged up to 3 yrs, it will be so long!
I badly want a cheese sandwich now.

My fav 'go to' for cheap non deli cheese as well. Love the sweet sharp crystals and the crumble.
I serve a block of this crumbled high with a salty sugar roast nut mix. Moorish!
