I recently bought some steam puddings from the UK that said ". good with custurd. ". Just like serving sand for desert after dinner, custurd is also not a thing, or what you think it might be. Don't make it, don't look for it, and certainly don't eat it if offered.

Thanks for the advice. I will definitely never serve up turd no matter how flash it sounds with the addition of the prefix - 'cus'.

Reminds me of cow-pat pudding which one of my lovely children named the self-saucing chocolate pudding I used to make .
