Basically I forgot it was St Pats day (not htat Im irish) anyway just wondering if anyone has any recipe ideas for desserts that are 'irish' in essence!!! Now no being stupid ok...I being serious!!! hahaha

Oirish pancakes. serve with kiwifruit, and green coloured whippedcream on the side. Creme de menthe cheesecake. Any good Irish man on paddy's day won't really notice by the time he gets to dessert lol!

Anything with a good slug of 'moonshine' or baileys. Perhaps something containing Carrageen, oats maybe? Howabout portaytoo?

Bit late....I made shortbread in a shape of a shamrock.. and then iced with green icing -plus sprinkles (these were green shamrocks).
