Our grand daughter in law does lovely ones, finally diced onion in bbq sauce with a squeeze of lemon, and finely diced bacon, just sprinkle over the oysters and put under grill for a couple of minutes,done, they do shuck their own and she just does it in the shell so then you retain the juices.

Did the pasta oyster with pesto, was very nice, 2 dozen down.
