Glad you enjoyed them - it was something my Mum made when we were kids - so it's real comfort food to me.

That's the way to have them and also add some sultanas as well, I had curried sausages with eggs at Easter, was very nice.

I don't like those watery curried sausages. well never ever tried them so shouldn't say that. I make mine out of a white sauce base. mmm mmmmm my fav dinner, would be what i'd ask mum for, for my bday dinner. and everyone else in the family hated.
Make a white sauce (roux and milk), add curry powder to taste, throw in cooked sliced up sausages, fried diced onion and quartered hard boiled eggs. YUM YUM!

my mum always did pork sausages cooked with milk - so with onions becomes a curried white sauce and beef sausages without milk . gosh I feel like some now lol
