I'm gettinf tired of my lemon and garlic marinade, I dont relly like terakaiso some new ideas would be great, I do have a soy honey and garlic one here but Im not keen on shop brought ones. oh and its for rump steak. tia.
I sometimes marinate beef rump in a mixture of olive oil, red wine vinegar, coarsely crushed black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, finely chopped garlic, thinly sliced red onion.Give it at least 24 hours, up to 3 days.Drain meat and pat dry before grilling.
