Hi there. Does anyone know if you can freeze Soy Milk! I brought Five 1 Litre cartons yesterday as they were on special.
Thanks :)

are cartons not long life!Have you looked!
i would think it freezes well, but you might have to take some out or the carton could explode as liquids expand while freezing. depends if the cartons are filled to the limit or have a bit of headspace.

I use soy all the time and buy a fortnight supply at a time and keep in my pantry. Never had a problem. perhapa put into a plastic bottle might work.

It says on the carton: KEEP REFRIGERATED. STORE BELOW 4 DEGREES CELSIUS AT ALL TIMES. BEST BEFORE 11 MARCH 2013.

I can never use a full pack, so open it and keep a third out, then freeze the other two-thirds in two plastic containers. It freezes fine.

I buy soy milk, it's long life and keeps on the pantry shelf up to the use by date on the carton.Once opened it must be kept in the fridge.
