Anyone know where you can get these from? HAd them at Yahtai in Palmerston North and they are delicious?

Well any soy beans are not really edible ...
But once in a while they might be ok I guess.

I grew them this year, I was always curious over the amount of soy milk you could make with a handful of beans, must be cheaper than cows milk and better for our environment, less cow poo, and all that gas.

I've bought them frozen from Asian stores. Then fry them in some oil, salt them, and nom nom nom :-)

its about 1:3 or 1:4 depending on how concentrated you like your soymilk

Personally I think its a waste of time making it yourself... but apparently it helps with period pain. Anyway, I have seen frozen edamame in asian grocery shops.

Watties have a couple of frozen veg mixes with them in. Available from supermarkets.
