I grew them this year, I was always curious over the amount of soy milk you could make with a handful of beans, must be cheaper than cows milk and better for our environment, less cow poo, and all that gas.

its about 1:3 or 1:4 depending on how concentrated you like your soymilk
Personally I think its a waste of time making it yourself... but apparently it helps with period pain. Anyway, I have seen frozen edamame in asian grocery shops.

Watties have a couple of frozen veg mixes with them in. Available from supermarkets.
