I use cooked basmati rice, and when its cold I mix an egg in with a little rice flour to bind, then add the flavours I want, its yum with some green curry paste and spring onion, or just grate some carrot and courgette in with spring onions and paprika – the ideas are really up to you then I fry then in patties and have a dipping sauce with them
