I have a small wire roasting rack that my mum gave me - she brought it over from England with her some 40 years ago. The 'legs' are about 2 - 3 inches long so that you put your meat on it and can have your roast veges under the meat in the roastng pan so the juices of the meat drip over the veges as they roast. I have been looking for a bigger one for a couple of years now but have seen nothing even remotely close - they all have little short stubby legs. Does anyone know where I could get one! Thanks in advance.

I have quite a large vee shaped one that I stand in a foil dish and roast on the bbq. Got it from any bbq place. I still would roast my veges in the oven though. Meat comes out really good.
