Is it possible to slow roast a chicken in the oven and if so how long and at what temp. I usually use my slow cooker but thought I would like to try the oven for a change.

I do roasts over night on about 130 - 150... no flies in this hot weather and the house smells yummy in the morning... try

I put my lamb on at 7am this morning,12 hours later it fell off the bone.
