Safe to freeze Roast Beef?

We slow cooked a Bolar Roast yesterday and it was delicious

It's too big for us and its too good to throw out.

We had frozen it when we bought it . So I want to be sure it's OK to freeze after cooking a previously frozen fresh meat !

Thanks

Well it has never occurred to me to to throw out wonderful freshly cooked meat. What a wonderful resource for days to come, already cooked meat in the fridge!

- you can warm slices up in their own gravy
- you can slice and add to fried onions and mushrooms (can add pepper)
- you can cube it ind use in a stew with veges
- if you have no gravy left you make it into a delicious salad
- you can slice thinly for sandwiches
.
heaps more options of course

It would be no different that those TV dinners you can buy from frozen from the supermarket.(don't know if you can still buy them), but they have Roast Beef, Lamb and Chicken - so your roast beef frozen will be just fine!
