Ok so I love my slow cooker but admit that I have not used it as much as I would like to. I would like to do a roast beef in it but have no idea how to prepare it and how long to cook it for (on low). Does anyone have any nice roast beef recipes for the slow cooker that I can try or suggestions to help me produce an edible roast!
