Does anyone remember Nutoata bars from the 80s! I'm looking for a muesli bar recipe that's like that: dry, crunchy, solid, and not too sweet.

Can't help you, but I d remember the bars - yummo! Kind of had a very slight malty aftertaste too I reckon!

Yes! Thanks for that - the malt taste is probably what's missing in the recipes I've been looking at online. Might be time to get experimenting!
