chop them up and use them in something like a lolly cake, or fudge cake. I make a lolly cake with choc thin biccies instead of malt biccies which is yummy. muffins,.chop up and add to a chocolate cheesecake base,or melt them down and make a yummy choc sauce for desserts.

There is this recipe from pam delilah - can use bounty bars or cherry ripe bars

LOUISE CAKE WITH BOUNTY BARS

100 grams butter, softened
1/4 cup castor sugar
3 eggs, separated
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 Tbsp milk

1/2 cup red Raspberry jam, strained of pips

3/4 cup castor sugar
4 dark chocolate Bounty bars or Cherry ripe bars
3/4 cup coconut

Preheat the oven to 180 C Put the softened butter, the first measure of sugar, and the vanilla essence in a bowl and beat until creamy. Beat in the egg yolks and put the whites into a clean glass or metal bowl. add the flour and baking powder, add the milk, and mix. The mixture will be crumbly. Press it into a greased and lined slice tin so it's nice and firm in there. Spread it with the jam. Bake for 20-25mins then remove from the oven Slice the chocolate bars and scatter over the jam In a clean bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff but not dry. Add the second measure of sugar a bit at a time and beat until thick and glossy. Fold in the coconut gently. Spread the meringue over the base. Bake for 25 minutes. Let cool completely before cutting
